This May, a new kind of outdoor festival arrives in the Okanagan. Garden Party Festival, an open-air celebration of electronic music, fashion, and social connection, will make its debut May 9th, 2026, at Kelowna’s iconic City Park.
Positioned as “a modern take on a timeless tradition,” Garden Party reimagines the classic outdoor gathering through a contemporary lens—blending world-class electronic music with thoughtful design, curated beverage experiences, and an atmosphere rooted in style and community.
Set against the backdrop of Okanagan Lake, Garden Party Festival invites guests into an immersive environment where music, aesthetic, and setting exist in harmony. The festival’s visual identity draws inspiration from cinematic romanticism and modern fashion sensibility, creating a setting that feels both nostalgic and distinctly current.
Leading the Garden Party Festival lineup is internationally acclaimed DJ and producer Nora En Pure, often referred to as the Queen of Melodic House Music. A true global artist, she’s performed at marquee festivals including Coachella and Tomorrowland and has held residencies in iconic venues such as Privilege Ibiza and Wynn Las Vegas.
“Garden Party was created to offer a different kind of energy,” says Kurt Jory, founder of Thick as Thieves Entertainment Inc. “We wanted to design a festival that feels elevated but still full of life, a place where people come not just for the music, but for the experience as a whole.”
