Purchase
By purchasing a ticket to Garden Party Festival, you voluntarily assume all risks and dangers incidental to the event, whether occurring before, during, or after the event. You waive any claims for personal injury, illness, damage, or death against Thick as Thieves Entertainment Inc., Garden Party Festival, management, facilities, artists, participants, sponsors, vendors, and all affiliated entities, agents, officers, directors, owners, and employees, on behalf of yourself and any accompanying minor.
You acknowledge and accept all risks related to weather conditions. Garden Party Festival is a rain-or-shine event.
You are purchasing a ticket to attend Garden Party Festival, not for any specific artist. Festival programming, artists, and schedules are subject to change without notice. No refunds will be issued due to artist cancellations or lineup changes.
All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
If the event is postponed, rescheduled, or relocated, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. Ticket credits may be issued at the sole discretion of the organizer. Thick as Thieves Entertainment Inc. is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred.
Event dates, times, and programming are subject to change without notice.
Consent to Search
You and your belongings may be subject to search upon entry or at any time while on festival grounds. By attending Garden Party Festival, you consent to such searches and waive any claims arising from them.
Failure to consent may result in denied entry or removal from the event without refund.
Admission Rights
You agree to comply with all festival rules, policies, and instructions from event staff and security.
Thick as Thieves Entertainment Inc. and Garden Party Festival reserve the right, without refund, to refuse admission or remove any individual whose conduct is deemed unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, or in violation of festival policies.
Tickets are revocable licenses. Admission may be revoked at any time without compensation.
Tickets have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Assumption of Risk
You assume all risks associated with attendance, including but not limited to:
- Injury due to crowd conditions, weather, terrain, equipment, or other hazards
- Exposure to communicable illnesses
- Lost, stolen, or damaged personal property
You release Thick as Thieves Entertainment Inc., Garden Party Festival, and affiliated partners from all liability relating to such risks.
Chargebacks and Refund Policy
You agree not to initiate chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals in an attempt to circumvent the stated no-refund policy.
Any attempt to obtain a chargeback may result in ticket cancellation and denial of entry to current and future events.
Photography, Video, and Media Release
By entering Garden Party Festival, you acknowledge and agree that photography, audio recording, and video recording may occur.
You grant Thick as Thieves Entertainment Inc. and Garden Party Festival the irrevocable right to use your image, likeness, voice, and appearance in any media, worldwide, in perpetuity, for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes without compensation.
You waive any rights to approve or inspect such recordings and release all claims relating to their use.
If you do not consent, you must not enter the festival grounds.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thick as Thieves Entertainment Inc., Garden Party Festival, and all affiliated parties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:
- Attendance at the festival
- Use of the website
- Ticket purchase or admission
- Event cancellation, postponement, or modification
- Unauthorized access to personal information
- Lost, stolen, or invalid tickets
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the ticket or $100 CAD, whichever is greater.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of the website or refrain from attending the event.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thick as Thieves Entertainment Inc., Garden Party Festival, and all affiliated parties from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
- Your attendance
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any laws or regulations
