Tickets

Tickets will be delivered via email in PDF format. Please have your ticket ready on your mobile device or printed for scanning upon arrival. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

Tickets grant access to Garden Party Festival and are not artist-specific. Programming and set times are subject to change.

ENTRY & ACCESS

All guests must present a valid ticket for scanning upon arrival.
General Admission (GA):
GA tickets will be scanned for entry. No wristbands will be issued.
VIP:
VIP tickets will be scanned and exchanged for a festival wristband upon arrival. Wristbands must be worn at all times and remain intact. Removed, altered, or damaged wristbands will not be replaced. Staff and security may verify tickets, wristbands, and identification at any time. Guests must obtain a valid 19+ ID verification and present a secondary piece of ID with matching names. All bags are subject to search. Entry to the festival constitutes consent to security screening and ID verification.

Weather Policy

Garden Party Festival takes place rain or shine. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond organizer control, the event may be postponed.

Refunds will not be issued due to weather.

Lost & Found

Lost and found services are available at the main entrance. Garden Party Festival is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Parking

Parking is available throughout downtown Kelowna. Please follow all posted signage and local regulations.

Health & Safety Notice

This event includes loud music and lighting effects, including strobe lights and lasers. Guest discretion is advised.

Permitted & Prohibited Items

SSmall umbrellas are permitted. Oversized, golf, or beach umbrellas are not allowed.

Outside food and beverages are not permitted. A curated selection of local food and beverage vendors will be available on site, including dietary-friendly options.

Drones are strictly prohibited.

Pets are not permitted, with the exception of certified service animals.

Security reserves the right to refuse any item deemed unsafe or disruptive.

Festival Grounds & Guest Conduct

All attendees are expected to act respectfully and follow direction from staff and security. Anyone engaging in unsafe or disruptive behavior may be removed from the event without refund.

Smoking & Vaping

Permitted only in designated areas.

Accessibility

Accessible viewing areas are available. Guests requiring accommodations are encouraged to contact the festival in advance.

Photography & Media Consent

By entering the festival grounds, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. These materials may be used for promotional purposes.

Liability

Attendance and participation are at your own risk. Garden Party Festival and its partners are not responsible for injury, loss, or damage except where required by law.
